Position Summary
The Welcome Center, Valet & Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Welcome Center, Valet Services, and Security personnel during assigned shifts. This role ensures compliance with Association policies, safety protocols, and service standards, while serving as the primary on-site supervisory contact. Supervisory experience required
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate Welcome Center, Valet, and Security staff
• Ensure staff attendance, punctuality, uniforms, and professional conduct
• Provide direction, oversight, and corrective guidance as needed
• Serve as escalation point for resident, guest, and vendor concerns
• Monitor access control, safety procedures, and incident response
• Oversee valet operations, traffic flow, and loading areas
• Prepare and submit incident reports, logs, and operational updates
• Enforce Association rules and management directives consistently
• Communicate operational issues and recommendations to management

• Basic computer proficiency and reporting skills
